School, Books, and Bald Headed Men
School started this week! And its good! I'm feeling pretty optimistic about everything in life, really, which is super good. Michelle is happy :)
Classes are:
Mon/Wednesday: English Short Story, Art Intro to Drawing
Tues/Thurs: English 1B, Earth Science
That's another thing that I enjoy about college: usually no school on Friday! Unless you decide to take a class of course, but let's not go down that route.
Ooo, and I finished "An Abundance of Katherines" by John Green. One word: Amazing. :) I enjoyed it so much, and its incredible to think how much he improved from his 1st book ("Looking for Alaska") to his 2nd ("Katherines" above); in no way was his first book bad, but his second one was just really great and entertaining in every possible way I can think of, really. Which makes me even more excited to read his third book entitled "Paper Towns" which I just got for Christmas from Jon and Steph. So I recommend the writings of John Green highly. If you can, get some of his stuff, go and do. Now. Like seriously. Now.
However, school must come first before fun enjoyment reading, but that's fine because I'm ready to really focus and work hard this term (unlike last term's fiasco, blah. I didn't study and it kicked me in the butt). On another nice note of school, Fish and I share a break on Tues/Thurs so I get good quality hang out time with Fish! (who's quite an attractive bald man, bless him. I'm kind of a sucker for bald headed men: Dennis, Nate, and George from Flogging Molly, Chad from the Chili Peppers, its all good to me).

Pushing Daisies and Life
Hi. Okay update on Pushing Daisies. I'll do another update again when I know when they are planning to air (if ever) the remaining 3 episodes this year. I heard that they have edited the beginning and end of the 13th (last) episode made, so maybe for a better ending? And it almost definitely looks like that will be it then? But recently they announced a movie for "Dead Like Me", another cancelled soon Brian Fuller (creator) Television show, and that was cancelled quite a few years ago, and also along with success of such things as "Firefly", maybe in the future there is hope. We will see.
Oh crap, there certainly was another reason to update today. 1) being that I don't update enough, so here is my attempt to actually make this a(n actual) blog and such.
Still have a cold. But getting better. Went to church on Sunday, woo, had a good time. Bought books for school, hopefully they will arrive before school starts. Hopefully school will be good this term and I will work harder for better grades this time around.
Warpaint announced their official EP release party via MySpace http://www.myspace.com/worldwartour. So hopefully their EP will be available soon online to order. :) (I hope!)
I'm still revamping my wardrobe as it were, but of course this takes money, so this project is still going on, slowly but surely. FTW!

Pushing Daisies
Pushing Daisies got cancelled!
I'm past the mourning stage, now I'm just sad, though still looking forward to the remaining episodes. But then it will be over. Future plans may happen with a Comic Book, or possibly (I hope) a Movie. Because I don't think a comic book could ever come close to capturing the magic that is PD in its music and colour and actors and everything.
*sigh* :(
And this morning I can't find Dennis. I have no idea where he ran off to.
Still doing homework like always. Though there is a super bon fire tonight at Jake's. I hope that is fun.

I'll break your heart To keep you far from where all danger starts Where atmosphere gets crazy.
Ahh, lets see. I always still have homework to do. So yay college. Besides that life is just there, and most of the time there's not that much excitement going on. New favorite whatnot: Warpaint. The band from LA, of whom Jon says "imagines none of them wearing shoes". They have a pyschdelic folky sound and are (or were) an all girl band (except for now posssibly the drummer, or something, according to their Myspace), and a good one at that, which makes them even cooler. And Johnny Fru mixed their EP, which unfortunatly I can't get because since they're unsigned, its only avaiable at their shows, which of course are all down south 7 hours. The ONLY upsides to such places as LA, NYC, all that are they are the primes of art culture, or real culture in general. Downside: nothing happens where I am. :( I feel like im an artist by nature, I'm creative and a little odd, and I love being around that, but not at the price of moving to such a Babylon as LA. So bummer. Maybe we should make our own avent-garde place. *sigh* One day maybe. As for now I'll own my skill and keep on dreaming.
Also, I'd love to learn the guitar. Future goal.
